Private Sessions

Your first session begins with a thoughtful conversation about your goals, physical history, and current movements. Together, we'll assess your movement patterns and create a personalised plan. The session combines hands-on adjustments, detailed alignment cues, and specific modifications tailored to your body. You'll leave with clear guidance and homework to support your progress.

Private sessions are 55 minutes long. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in and discuss any questions or concerns. Please utilise the new client studio offer for your first 2 sessions

This varies based on your goals. Weekly is ideal with homework completed at home, some clients choose to do privates and trio sessions to get the most out of their movement session. After your first session, your teacher will recommend a schedule that aligns with your needs and objectives.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, as this time has been specifically reserved for you.

Not at all! Private sessions are perfect for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners. If you're new to pilates, we'll focus on building a strong foundation with proper alignment and breathing techniques. For experienced movers, we can work on advancing your practice, refining specific exercises, or addressing particular areas of interest.
